Handmade Protein bar

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of oatmeal

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 dcl of almond milk

1 banana

Finely chopped nuts and

Finely chopped dried fruit

Finely chopped dark chocolate

1 teaspoon of peanut butte

Preparation:

The preparation is very simple. First, mash the banana with a fork, then finely chop the nuts, dried fruit and dark chocolate. Mix them with oatmeal, chia seeds and almond milk. At the end, add the peanut butter and mix everything well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and place in an oven heated to 180°C. Bake for a maximum of 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
