It has been proven that moments are best remembered when they are accompanied by striking scents. That’s why we suggest you make a real holiday symphony of aromas and flavors through one cult recipe – kuglof!
First of all, you need to beat eggs with sugar, then add vanilla sugar, milk, oil (or butter), flour, baking powder and finally chopped hazelnuts and dates. Leave the dates in water for 5 minutes to swell, then chop them.
After that, grease the mold for kuglof and sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture and bake in a heated oven at 170-180 °C. When the kuglof is baked, cool it and cover it with melted chocolate.
Finally, decorate with hazelnuts and dates.
