Wholegrain Bread with Seeds

Ingredients:

400 g wholewheat flour

70 g Eurocompany99 Perfect Day seeds for pastry rolls

0,5 dcL heated water

0,5 dcL heated milk

10 g yeast

add a small spoon of sugar and salt

Preparation:

In the bowl, mix the ingredients well and equilibrate. If it is necessary, add more flour or water until the mixture separates from the edges of the bowl, without being sticky to the touch.

Cover the bowl with a kitchen cloth and leave the mixture to proof until doubled in size. Pour the pastry into a greasy and flaky mold. Let it stand for 15 minutes and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ℃.
