Chocolate Almond Muffins

With just a little bit of effort, you can make tasty muffins with chocolate and crunchy almonds. This recipe leaves room for your creativity because, aside from said ingredients, you can add dry fruits and other nuts that you like.

Ingredients:

2 cups of soft flour

½ cup of sugar

2 spoons of Cocoa powder or carob flour

½ spoon of baking powder

½ spoon of baking soda

2 eggs

1/3 cup of sunflower oil

2/3 cup of milk

1 vanilla sugar

10 dag of chopped chocolate for cooking

a pinch of salt

5 dag of chopped or sliced Eurocompany99 almonds

Preparation:

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and sodium bicarbonate in one bowl.

Eggs, oil, milk and vanilla sugar are mixed in another bowl.

Along with continuous stirring, unite the mixtures.

Add chocolate chopped into tiny pieces.

Fill muffin molds containing paper cups with the mixture, sprinkle with almonds and bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
