Product description:
A mixture of legumes and barley which includes four kinds of lentils (green – Richlea, dark red – Crimson, yellow, light red – Footbal), two kinds of beans (black-eyed beans, green mung beans), green split peas and shelled barley. It represents a very good protein and fiber source, which provide the body with energy and nutritional elements, and improve digestion. Preparation: before cooking, soak the mixture in cold water to soften. Drain, wash out, and cook by your own recipe, with additional ingredients and spices. The mixture is best prepared as a stew with spices, vegetables or meat.
