Healthy dried apricot balls

Ingredients:

250 g dried apricots EuroCompany99

3 large spoons of powdered sugar

1 small spoon of vanilla aroma

30 g of coconut flour EuroCompany99

3-4 large spoons of coconut flour to roll the balls

Preparation:

Soak apricots in warm water for 10 minutes, drain and blend. Add powdered sugar, vanilla aroma and coconut flour. Mix well, shape into balls and roll in coconut flour.
