Vegan Date and Almond Cake

Ingredients:

Crust:

150 g coarsely ground EuroCompany99 almonds

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

100 g EuroCompany99 dates

50 g of EuroCompany99 coconut flour

a pinch of salt

Cream:

300 g EuroCompany99 unsalted cashews (soak them in water the night before)

7 spoons of honey

2 spoons of cocoa

90 g of coconut oil

1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients for the crust in a blender. Press the sticky mixture into the bottom of a cake mold lined with baking paper and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the creamy layer and mix them in a blender, then pour the mixture over the cooled crust and put it back in the freezer for another 2 hours.
