Chia pudding

Chia pudding is a light, nutritious, and refreshing dessert rich in omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Combined with a mixed berry purée and fresh fruit, it offers the perfect balance of sweetness and freshness, ideal for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients:

For the pudding:

500 ml plant-based milk

6 tablespoons chia seeds

1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the berry purée:

250 g fresh or frozen mixed berries

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

A few drops of lemon juice

Topping (optional):

Fresh blackberries

Toppings of your choice

Preparation:

1. Mix plant-based milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener (if desired). Stir, let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2. Lightly cook the berries until softened, add sweetener and lemon juice if desired. Blend into a purée and let it cool.
3. Layer chia pudding and berry purée in glasses. Decorate with fresh fruit and toppings of your choice.
