Ingredients:

1 cup dried prunes

½ cup sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

½ cup rolled oats (optional, for firmness)

Preparation:

1. Blend everything into a thick mixture.
2. If needed, add oats to make the mixture easier to shape. If the mixture is too dry, gradually add a few tablespoons of warm water.
3. Shape the mixture into balls or press it into a mold and cut into pieces.
