Hazelnut biscuits

Ingredients:

300 g smooth flour

200 g of butter

80 g of sugar

2 spoons of honey

150 g of EuroCompany99 hazelnuts

1 vanilla sugar

2 tablespoons of cinnamon

2 egg yolks

Preparation:

1. Grind the hazelnuts and then knead the dough from all the ingredients. Wrap it in transparent film and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1-2 cm, then cut out the desired shapes of biscuits with molds.

3. Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 12 minutes.
