Coconut Truffles

A simple dessert to delight all coconut lovers. Juicy outside and crunchy inside. Try out the recipe for irresistible truffles made out of coconut flour with an almond heart.

Ingredients:

200 ml of water

500 g of sugar

500 g of powdered milk

250 g of margarine

400 g of EuroCompany99 coconut flour.

100 g of EuroCompany99 almonds

Preparation:

Boil water and add sugar, then margarine and wait for it to melt. Add powdered milk, 250 g of coconut flour, mix well and leave it to cool. Roast and peel 100 g of almonds. Make a ball from the mixture and put an almond in the middle. Roll in coconut flour and put in the fridge to harden.
