Chicken File in Spicy Sesame Sauce

Ingredients:

8 thin chicken thigh or white meat filets

2 spoons of olive or sunflower oil

2 spoons of chili sauce

2 spoons of five-spice sauce

3 spoons of Eurocompany Perfect Day sesame seeds

salt, peppe

sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and a little bit of honey

Preparation:

Put salt on thin chicken filets, add pepper, five-spice sauce, and lemon juice.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the prepared filets for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. After that, pour the chili sauce over the meat, sprinkle with sesame, and fry for 1 minute on each side.

Serve with rice and vegetables.
