Spaghetti With Peas And Pistachios Pesto

400 g pea halfs Eurocompany

30 g natural pistachios Eurocompany

35 g grated Parmesan

1 clove of garlic

Salt and pepper

50 g chopped goat cheese

50 mL cooking cream

Olive oil if desired

Pasta spaghetti or other, according to desire


Cook peas in salty water. Mix 2/3 amount of peas and leave the rest on the side.

Add pistachios, grated parmesan, chopped garlic, salt and pepper and mix it all again.

Finally mix olive oil, cooked cream and chopped goat cheese.

Mix with hot pasta and decorate grain peas and/or pistachios.

Serve either as a separate meal or as an appetizer with a fish meal.
