U posudi dobro pomiješati sastojke i ujednačiti, po potrebi dodati brašna ili vode da se smjesa odvaja od rubova posude, a da nije ljepljiva na dodir.
Prekriti tijesto kuhinjskom krpom i pustiti da se smjesa udvostruči. Premijesiti i tijesto prebaciti u namašćen i brašnom posipan kalup. Pustiti da odstoji 15 minuta te peći 30 minuta na 180 oC.
