8 thin chicken thigh or white meat filets
2 spoons of olive or sunflower oil
2 spoons of chilli sauce
2 spoons of five-spice sauce
3 spoons od sesame seeds Eurocompany Perfect Day
Sprinkle with a fresh lemon juice and a little of honey
Put salt on thin chichen filets, add papper, five-spice sauce and lemon juice.
Heat the oil and fry the prepared fillets 5 to 7 minutes on each side in the pan. After that, pour the meat with chili sauce, sprinkle with sesame and fry for 1 minute on each side.
Serve with rice and vegetables.
